  Bad choice when traveling for business. Stayed here to make it simpler and more convenient for my colleague to pick me up who lives near by. No onsite restaurant facilities or in room service, with no cooking in rooms despite advertising kitchens in every room (a microwave and kettle do not constitute a kitchen). After a day of working I don't want to have to hunt for my food so local restaurants aren't ideal.
  
  The yacht club next door seemed a logical choice for dinner. Oops, closed Mon & Tues and just took a walk over and the place is deserted anyway. Only 4 of the listed local takeaway/restaurants in the room directory deliver, and 3 of those are pizza places.
  
  Oh and being a smoker seems to be taboo with signs on every door welcoming you to a smoke free environment. I wouldn't smoke in the room anyway, but when you are in a room that has an outdoor area but is on the southern side of the building bad luck, no smoking aloud. If I were on the other side of the hall I could smoke in those rooms outdoor area. Instead I need to go out the front of the building to smoke, with the ashtray and benchseat only 10 feet from the front door. Really???
  
  Night one of a very long three night stay I think.
